Key Requirements – Head of Media:

• The candidate should bring substantial experience in the agency setting.
• A deep understanding of the UK, pan-European, and global healthcare and pharma media landscape.
• Actively advising account teams and playing an active role in media outreach and coverage generation.
• Playing a proactive role in new business development and organic growth of agency clients, from initial approach to strategic media plans and proposals.
• Training and Leadership: Leading the training of the team and clients on media insights, trends, successful pitching, and assisting with external thought leadership.

Key Responsibilities – Head of Media:

• Engaging industry-specific healthcare, pharma, consumer, and financial journalists globally.
• Building creative and innovative media strategies aligned with client objectives.
• Ensuring best practices and agency systems/processes are followed for high-quality results.
• Managing both earned editorial and paid media.
• Working with account teams to develop strategic integrated healthcare media campaigns.
• Liaising with counterparts globally to learn from experiences and assess new opportunities.
