Our client, a newly created entity based in Abu Dhabi focusing on the development and execution of an exciting and ambitions portfolio of projects and programs that support the long-term vision of the UAE, is currently seeking a Research & Insights Manager to lead all research related activities and provide actionable insights on specific topics for leadership and project focus areas to inform decision making and projects delivery and execution.
Reporting to the Research & Development Director, you will lead collaboration with internal teams and will also identify key external research partners, to ensure the maximum level technical input, data and insights are achieved. You will be confident engaging with stakeholders of all levels.
The ideal candidate will have a background in research and data analysis, with proven experience designing and executing quantitative and qualitative research studies. Ideally, you will have a varied client background, and will be comfortable working on projects across a variety of sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the analysis of quantitative and qualitative data, synthesis of key research findings, and development of targeted insights that support the ideation, initiation, planning, and execution phases of projects.
- Evaluate and assess research studies scope in coordination with leadership team’s vision.
- Build a database of relevant research and insights subscriptions and share findings accordingly.
- Responsible for the identification and selection of relevant research partners when the research scope is extensive and there is a need for further technical testing and validation.
- Lead the visualisation and communication of quantitative and qualitative insights in a creative and engaging manner for the relevant target audience.
- Identify relevant data analysis software and tools to support in the data collection, analysis, and reporting process.
- Share and present projects, events and research briefs and presentations on specific topics as directed by the Research & Development Director.
You will have a minimum of 6 years relevant experience in research and data analysis, project management and quantitative & qualitative research activities. Working knowledge of utilisation of data analysis software and tools is fundamental in this role. A Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Product Management or Business is preferred.
