A growing international organisation in the renewable energy sector is looking for an experienced Internal Communication and Employer Branding Manager to lead global employee engagement and communication initiatives.

Lead global internal communication and engagement strategies

In this role, you will develop and deliver a clear, consistent internal communication strategy that supports transparency, cultural alignment and business transformation. You will work closely with HR and leadership to ensure that employees across different markets stay informed, inspired and connected to the company’s values and mission.

This role requires a combination of strategic thinking and hands-on execution. You will be responsible for managing internal platforms, creating high-quality content, supporting change communications and strengthening the employer brand from the inside out.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a global internal communication strategy aligned with business priorities
  • Manage communication channels including the intranet, internal newsletters, Teams and video tools
  • Create engaging content that reflects the company’s culture, values and strategic direction
  • Support leadership messaging and develop materials for internal events and employee updates
  • Collaborate with HR to enhance the employee experience and amplify the internal employer brand
  • Lead communication planning for organisational change and transformation programmes
  • Track performance metrics and employee feedback to improve the impact of communications
  • Organise and support employee engagement activities, such as onboarding, values campaigns and town halls

What we’re looking for

  • A minimum of 6 years’ experience in internal communications or corporate communications
  • A strong track record in change communication and employee engagement
  • Excellent writing and editorial skills, with the ability to craft clear, authentic messages
  • Experience working in international or multicultural environments
  • Proficiency with digital internal communication platforms and content tools
  • Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills
  • A collaborative and hands-on approach to working across teams and regions
  • Fluency in English is essential; German language skills are an advantage
