Michelle is a seasoned executive search specialist with two decades of experience supporting founders and investors across Europe’s fast-growth SaaS sector. She has built a reputation for helping high-growth companies secure the leadership talent they need from Series A to D, having successfully placed senior roles in more than 150 VC and private-equity-backed businesses. Her approach is deliberately collaborative and long-term. Rather than treating search as transactional, Michelle partners with clients through each stage of their growth journey, advising on the evolving leadership challenges that scaling brings.
Michelle previously founded an executive search business, Kommol. She has developed strong relationships with leading European VC firms and created Kommol Core – a proprietary tracking system that maps high-impact executives across CRO, CPO, CMO, CFO, COO and CEO functions, particularly those who have taken SaaS companies from $5m to over $75m ARR. A regular speaker on the SaaS circuit, Michelle is known for her insight into leadership trends and for her commitment to helping ambitious founders build transformational teams.
