With over four years’ experience in recruitment consultancy, Fani joined Hanson Search in July 2025, bringing expertise from her previous roles at a European technology executive search firm and The Work Crowd. She holds a PhD in Organisational Sciences and Management, alongside a Master’s degree in Marketing.

As a researcher, Fani supports senior consultants in mapping, identifying and engaging top talent across the UK, the MENA region and European markets. She is driven by a passion for connecting people with meaningful opportunities and contributing to long-term career development and success.
