Leading search consultancy firm Hanson Search has announced further international expansion with the opening of a UAE office, in response to growing demand for its services across the region.

The firm has opened its Dubai office to support organisations in identifying high-calibre candidates for mid to senior-level roles across communications and marketing services. The new office will initially operate with a team of four, supporting clients across the UAE and wider region.

Nearly half of Hanson Search’s client requirements are now international, making a significant contribution to the firm’s multimillion-pound turnover. The UAE office marks the latest stage in the firm’s international expansion, alongside established operations in London and Paris and a global recruitment remit spanning markets from Beijing to New York.

Founder and Global CEO Alice Weightman, who launched the company in 2002, said the opening of a dedicated UAE office reflects Hanson Search’s long-term commitment to serving international communications and marketing industries.

“In recent years, we have seen a significant increase in international demand, and the time was right to strengthen our presence in key global markets such as Dubai,” she said. “The region is experiencing strong growth, with organisations actively seeking senior communications and marketing talent. Our experience running international search mandates positions us well to support both employers and candidates.”

Hanson Search has launched in the region with an initial team of three and has ambitious plans for further growth in the UAE and additional international locations.
