Develop high-quality client materials, ensuring accuracy, clarity and timeliness.
Manage multiple client workstreams, including logistics and project delivery.
Guide and mentor executives and assistants, supporting their growth and performance.
Build and nurture a professional network with clients, advisers, policymakers and colleagues.
Develop a strong understanding of different industry sectors and specialist service areas.
Shape an advisory voice informed by research, experience and awareness of market trends.
Contribute to a collaborative, professional and development-focused team environment.
Strong knowledge of business, policy and current affairs, with a focus on the UK and European political and regulatory landscapes.
Prior experience within government, parliament, a political party, or influencing policymakers, ideally at Westminster.
Excellent research, analytical and written communication skills, with the ability to synthesise complex information and present it clearly to senior audiences.
Proven project management skills, able to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
A dynamic self-starter with intellectual curiosity, resilience and a client-service mindset.
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively and build meaningful networks.
