  • Day-to-day management of household staff, ensuring high standards and smooth operations
  • Coordination of family logistics, events and personal administration
  • Building, implementing, and continuously improving systems, processes and workflows
  • In addition, you will liaise with external stakeholders, service providers and family office contacts

Skills and Experience: Organisation, Discretion and High-Level Stakeholder Management

  • Significant experience in a senior EA/PA, Chief of Staff, or similar high-level support role, ideally with experience of working for a UHNWI
  • Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Calm, solutions-oriented mindset with strong judgement and decision-making ability
  • Highly discreet, professional and adaptable
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • Furthermore, you will  have strong technical skills, with the ability to utilise digital tools and improve efficiencies

What’s on Offer: Competitive Salary, International Exposure and Long-Term Opportunity

  • A highly competitive salary and benefits package, reflective of the seniority of the role
  • A varied and dynamic position with real ownership and autonomy
  • Exposure to international travel and multi-location operations
  • A long-term, stable opportunity within a professional and high-performing environment

Why This Role: A High-Impact Personal Assistant Position with Real Ownership

This role offers real ownership, variety and the chance to make a meaningful impact by bringing structure and excellence to every aspect of day-to-day operations. It will suit someone who enjoys being at the centre of everything, takes pride in delivering to an exceptional standard and thrives in a role where no two days are the same. In return, you will be part of a trusted, long-term setup where your contribution is genuinely valued and where you can build a highly rewarding and impactful career.
