We are currently running a search for a leading international energy company. They are looking for a strategic, visionary Brand Marketing VP/SVP to drive its global brand, marketing and communications strategy at a time of rapid transformation and growth.

This is a rare opportunity for an experienced marketing leader with deep energy industry experience to shape a high-impact, future-focused brand narrative across global markets. We are open to international candidates – relocation is provided.

Global Brand Strategy Leadership in the Energy Sector

  • Develop and lead a cohesive, international brand strategy that reflects the organisation’s ambition, transformation, and leadership in the energy space
  • Shape a unified corporate message that strengthens brand equity and reputation across key global markets
  • Ensure brand governance and alignment across business units, joint ventures, and global stakeholders

Integrated Marketing Campaigns and CRM-Driven Engagement

  • Design and deliver international multi-channel campaigns across digital, social, and traditional media
  • Leverage enterprise CRM systems and customer insights to drive segmented, performance-led marketing activity
  • Lead strategic partnerships and global sponsorships to expand reach and reinforce the organisation’s positioning in the energy transition

Strategic Content, Messaging and Corporate Communications

  • Develop compelling customer propositions, investor messaging, and thought leadership content for global audiences
  • Align external marketing and corporate communications with internal engagement and culture-building efforts
  • Collaborate across ESG, sustainability, innovation, digital and HR functions to ensure messaging consistency

Senior Leadership and Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Build and lead a high-performing global marketing and communications team
  • Manage creative, media and brand agencies to ensure excellence in delivery
  • Advise senior leadership on brand positioning, global reputation, and executive communications strategy

Brand Marketing SVP Requirements: Energy Sector Marketing Expertise

  • Proven leadership in global brand marketing and communications at a senior level
  • Significant experience in the energy sector
  • Demonstrable success leading large-scale brand and marketing strategies across international markets
  • Fluency in digital marketing, CRM integration, and data-driven decision-making
  • Strong stakeholder management and influence at C-suite and board levels
  • International exposure
