Investor Relations Manager – Mining & Natural Resources, London

Hanson Search is recruiting for a high-growth, boutique investment company in the mining and natural resources sector is looking to appoint a strategic and commercially minded Investor Relations Manager. Investor Relations Strategy – Help Shape the Story from the Inside

• Support the development and execution of a compelling investor relations strategy aligned with corporate objectives
• Create and manage investor-facing materials including presentations, press releases, factsheets, and Q&A documents
• Build strong relationships with existing and prospective investors to communicate business performance, growth trajectory, and strategic direction
• Assist in planning and executing investor meetings, capital markets events, and international roadshows
• Monitor market sentiment, peer activity, and investor trends to inform messaging and engagement
• Collaborate with finance, ESG, and communications teams to ensure alignment and consistency across all external touchpoints

• A strong communicator with the ability to translate complex financial and operational information into clear, compelling narratives
• Comfortable engaging with senior leadership and external stakeholders at the highest level
• Brings a hands-on, proactive approach and thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
• Ideally experienced in mining, natural resources, infrastructure, or private capital investment
• Passionate about investor engagement and contributing to the long-term success of a purpose-driven business
• Familiarity with ESG communications and investment trends is advantageous
