Our client, a leading Abu Dhabi-based investment management business, is seeking an Investor Relations Lead to define and execute its investor engagement and corporate reputation strategy. This senior strategic role is key in positioning the organisation with investors, shareholders, regulators, media, and stakeholders across the UAE and internationally. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping the company’s narrative, protecting its reputation, and ensuring its story is clearly understood in the market.
Responsibilities – Investor Relations & Corporate Communications Strategy
- Develop and implement a comprehensive investor relations and communications strategy.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with institutional investors, analysts, regulators, and media.
- Lead investor engagement through roadshows, earnings calls, and capital markets events.
- Produce impactful investor materials, including earnings releases and executive briefings.
- Oversee external communications, including media relations, digital channels, and thought leadership.
- Ensure internal alignment through effective employee communications.
- Provide market intelligence and insights to senior leadership.
- Ensure compliance with disclosure and governance requirements.
- Manage communications around major transactions and corporate developments.
Ideal Candidate Profile – Investor Relations Lead Abu Dhabi
- Proven experience in investor relations or corporate communications within a listed financial institution or investment company.
- Established networks with investors and media in the UAE and wider region.
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence at the board and executive levels.
- Excellent writing, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to navigate complex and fast-paced environments with a strategic and hands-on approach.
Skills & Expertise – Capital Markets & Financial Communications
- Bilingual in English and Arabic, with outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong financial acumen and deep understanding of investor behaviour and market dynamics.
- Experience within a listed investment company or financial institution is preferred.
