A leading multinational company is seeking a Group Brand Lead to implement and manage its global brand strategy. The ideal candidate will drive brand positioning, identity, and strategy to ensure alignment across all markets, while allowing for local market adaptations. This role requires strategic thinking, collaboration across multiple teams, and a strong focus on brand performance and ROI.

Group Brand Lead Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement the global brand strategy, ensuring alignment with company goals. Develop brand and content strategies, focusing on long-term brand equity and customer engagement. Utilise consumer insights and market trends to refine the brand strategy.
  • Oversee brand identity across various channels and markets. Lead the execution of integrated marketing plans and manage cross-functional brand projects. Ensure consistency across all brand communications.
  • Educate and align internal teams with the brand strategy. Foster collaboration across markets and internal departments to integrate the brand strategy into broader business objectives.
  • Oversee budgeting, KPIs, and reporting. Manage brand-related agency scopes of work and ensure optimal resource allocation.
  • Lead and mentor a global team, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration. Identify and develop talent within the team.

Key Requirements:

  • 15+ years in brand management or related fields, with a focus on B2C global brands.
  • University degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in managing large-scale cross-market campaigns, developing brand positioning, and stakeholder management.
  • Experience leading teams and managing budgets.
  • Fluent or native-level English.
