We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant in Abu Dhabi to support the Head of Office of a well-established global brand expanding in the region. This is a fast-paced and demanding role. Therefore, it requires someone who thrives in a dynamic environment. The successful candidate will manage a broad range of responsibilities, including diary management, travel coordination and the planning of roadshows and fundraising events. In addition, a high level of organisation and attention to detail is essential. The ability to manage competing priorities with discretion is equally important.
• Manage the Head of Office and team’s diaries and schedules, ensuring all appointments and meetings are organised efficiently
• Coordinate complex travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation and detailed itineraries
• Plan and organise roadshows, fundraising events and stakeholder meetings
• Provide high-level administrative support, including preparing reports, presentations and correspondence
• Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
• Support the wider team in ensuring the smooth running of the Abu Dhabi office
• Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar senior support role
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Experience in event management and international travel coordination
• Proactive, adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Experience within fundraising, non-profit or corporate sectors is advantageous
