Executive Search for Dubai based Group Chief Financial Officer
A transformative investment and operating group is seeking a visionary Group Chief Financial Officer to help architect and deliver its next phase of exponential growth. As Group CFO, you will act as the CEO’s closest strategic partner—leading the finance function across multiple business lines and geographies. A Strategic CFO Role with Global Impact

Take full ownership of financial strategy and capital structure

Oversee finance operations across 10+ active businesses

Shape and execute complex investment strategies, M&A activity, and fund-raising efforts across international markets

Serve as the CEO’s “right hand”, translating vision into structure, and ambition into executable financial plans

Lead transformation initiatives, streamline financial systems, and support divisional CEOs across multiple industries
CFO Hire Needs Commercial Agility With Entrepreneurial Drive

Actively partner with business leaders to model, test, and scale new ventures—often from inception

Operate with a global mindset, deploying capital and structuring deals across the UAE, Europe, Southeast Asia, and the US

Bring a growth-first mentality, focused on unlocking value rather than defaulting to cost containment

Lead a lean, high-impact finance team across budgeting, treasury, investor reporting, and strategic planning

Implement best-in-class governance, compliance, and risk management across diverse asset types
Ideal Candidate Profile for the Group CFO

Proven experience as a Group CFO or divisional CFO in a PE-backed or founder-led business

Strong exposure to real estate and a tech enabled assests

Global experience and globally mobile, commercially fearless, and able to lead through ambiguity

Strategic thinker with high operational capability and emotional resilience

ACA, CPA, CFA, or equivalent financial qualification required; MBA preferred
