To Be Heard: Building Powerful Teams

This is Hanson Search’s final event of a three-part series on ‘Building Powerful Teams’ that we are running in conjunction with Formative Communications.

We have been running these events to support businesses and share challenges and best practices on leadership throughout the pandemic. Over the last 18 months, we have seen companies rip up the rule books and view their businesses through a totally different lens.  Leadership practices and style have had to evolve, and the way we work and attitudes towards it have fundamentally changed.

For each event, we have been joined by a panel of experts to discuss the fundamental building blocks of powerful teams and how businesses have adapted. In this session, we will be exploring:

  • Leadership trends of 2021.
  • Is this the new age of leadership vulnerability?
  • Is employee welfare at the heart of decision-making now? And will it stay in 2022?
  • 2021 and the start of 2022 have been called the era of ‘The Great Resignation’ as businesses saw mass resignations like never before. How have businesses come up with this? Any smart initiatives to ensure they are keeping/attracting talent and diverse workforces?
  • What have we learnt from 2021, and what are the predictions for 2022?
  • If we want sustainable performance from our people in an unpredictable world, we need to create a culture where people are heard. How do businesses do this in today’s WFH/hybrid world?

Shall we include something about inclusion and suitability – both keep the topic, and are important to attract talent and build teams?

We will be joined by an expert panel, XXXXXX, Helen Dunnett of Formative Communications (I think we should have one of our team on it to talk about talent), and chaired by Alice Weightman, CEO of Hanson Search.

The webinar will take place on XXXX and then include the usual sign-off and link.
