A New York based, rapidly expanding, dual-listed company operating in the highly technical parts of the energy sectors, sought a Head of Investor Relations. As the company transitions from an early-stage, founder-led environment to a more structured, publicly listed organisation, they recognised the need to establish a dedicated Investor Relations (IR) function. The primary objective was to appoint a senior-level IR professional to create a professional, forward-looking IR capability that would align with the company’s rapid growth and strategic development.
