We have just launched our 2020 talent survey – an in-depth look into the salaries, benefits and workplace trends across the UK communications and marketing industries.
Going beyond the standard salary and benefits surveys, we’re exploring workplace trends, particularly around flexibility and culture, and the major challenges our industry is facing in the year ahead.
The report we produce off the back of this research will become a valuable tool for our clients and candidates alike, serving as an important benchmark for clients to adapt to attract top talent today and for candidates to accurately assess their market value.
