A global energy investment company is seeking an exceptional Head of Corporate Communications to lead its strategic communications and stakeholder engagement worldwide. The organisation invests significantly in carbon-neutral technologies and innovations, driving sustainable business solutions at the forefront of the energy transition.
Based in the Middle East, this high-profile role requires an experienced leader with a proven track record in managing corporate reputation, stakeholder engagement, and communications in dynamic, international environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive corporate communications strategy to support the company’s growth and international expansion.
- Oversee launches into new markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with global stakeholders, including government entities, industry partners, investment teams, and media.
- Manage reputation, crisis communications, profile-raising, and thought leadership initiatives.
- Lead a high-performing team to deliver impactful communications and advocacy efforts.
Candidate Profile:
- Extensive experience in corporate affairs, communications, and public affairs. Experience in energy or related industries (such as chemicals) is preferred but not essential.
- Must have significant experience in M&A or financial communications.
- Strong understanding of international markets and cultural nuances.
- Strategic thinker with excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Ideally, experience in an investment-led environment.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative setting.
