A well-established independent agency is seeking an Account Manager or Senior Account Manager to join their Birmingham team. Key Responsibilities for the Account Manager / Senior Account Manager:
- Oversee a range of accounts, managing communications and public affairs campaigns for prominent national brands across sectors such as real estate and infrastructure.
- Lead stakeholder engagement efforts, ensuring alignment with client objectives and delivering impactful consultation campaigns.
- Collaborate with teams to generate ideas for campaign strategies and actively contribute to business development.
- Work closely with a Birmingham-based team of five and engage with colleagues across additional offices as needed.
- Primarily based in the Birmingham office, with a flexible 3-days-in, 2-days-remote working model.
Account Manager / Senior Account Manager Key Requirements:
- Experience in communications or stakeholder engagement, either in agency or in-house roles.
- Excellent writing skills, along with the ability to manage diverse relationships and communicate effectively with senior business figures and industry stakeholders.
- Intelligent, ambitious, and flexible, with a strong team-player ethos and a commitment to delivering results.
- Willingness to travel within the UK as part of the role.
