About the job: Talent Account Manager
Hanson Search is a global talent consultancy providing executive search, recruitment and leadership advisory services. Founded almost 25 years ago, we work with organisations worldwide to identify and develop exceptional senior talent.
Our UAE business is growing rapidly. In just two years, we have expanded from one person to a team of seven, working closely with colleagues across the UK, Europe and the US.
We have invested significantly in our brand, marketing, technology and international platform, giving our consultants the tools and support to build strong relationships with senior executives and deliver high-quality work for clients across the region and internationally.
We are now looking for a Talent Account Manager to join our growing UAE team in a predominantly candidate-focused role.
You will support a Director across the business on senior-level searches throughout the MENA region, playing an important role in identifying exceptional talent, building trusted candidate relationships and providing high-quality market intelligence.
You will be involved throughout the search process, developing a strong understanding of different talent markets, industries and functions while building your own network of senior professionals across the region.
Talent Account Manager Responsibilities will Include:
- Building strong and lasting relationships with senior-level candidates across the MENA region, having meaningful conversations to understand their experience, ambitions and suitability for opportunities.
- Conducting detailed market mapping, research and talent identification for senior-level search assignments.
- Supporting consultants throughout the search process, from initial research and candidate engagement through to shortlisting, interview coordination and feedback.
- Developing a deep understanding of talent markets across multiple industries and functions and building a strong network of senior professionals.
- Providing market intelligence and talent insights, using LinkedIn, competitor analysis and other research tools to support client projects.
- Working collaboratively with consultants and colleagues across our global offices on regional and international search assignments.
- Delivering an exceptional candidate experience and representing Hanson Search professionally at every stage of the process.
- Demonstrating strong emotional intelligence and confidence when engaging with senior candidates from a wide range of backgrounds and cultures.
- Using AI-enabled tools and technology to improve the speed and quality of research, sourcing and market mapping.
- Communicating confidently and professionally in English, both verbally and in writing.
