We’re looking for a brilliant, commercially-savvy Public Affairs Consultant to support our client – a London-based boutique consultancy – during a period of rapid growth.
This interim assignment will be offered initially on a 4-month FTC starting in September but with clear potential to extend.
It’s the kind of role that would suit a highly-credible, mature professional looking for an opportunity to work hand-in-hand with an agency founder as they scale a business.
Naturally, you’ll be a well-connected practitioner with excellent influencing skills who is equally adept working directly with major corporations as they are engaging as a senior level with government & other stakeholders.
You’ll need to be comfortable working fairly autonomously with solid experience working in public affairs, policy or government relations and a fine understanding of the UK’s political & legislative landscape. And this probably isn’t a role for the faint-hearted as you’ll need to be the kind of confident, independently-minded public affairs professional that thrives in pressurized environments.
Our client offers a flexible and collaborative working environment but you will need to be in London some of the time.
