Due to several exciting new business wins they have an opening for a motivated Account Manager or Senior Account Manager to join their talented team in central London. 

As a trusted strategic partner, this well-established agency cover a diverse range of work for each of their clients including product and corporate comms, social & digital, disease awareness, advocacy, and brand identity. Therapy areas include Rare Diseases, HIV, Oncology, Neurology, and most of their work is global. 

As AM/SAM you will provide support across allocated accounts, build client relationships, and ensure projects are delivered to the highest quality, on time and on budget. You'll contribute to brainstorms, draft materials and help to develop strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead client relationships - ensure quality and accuracy to client strategy
  • Delivery of a range of projects from global brand comms, global diseases awareness campaigns to corporate comms (internal/external)
  • Own brand strategy and proactively influence brands
  • Demonstrate comprehensive understanding of clients’ business
  • Manage all financial aspects of accounts prepare and review account forecasts, accurately phase budgeting
  • Develop the business and contribute to growth responsible for new business opportunities and lead new pitches

Key Requirements:

  • Healthcare PR/communications agency background to at least AM level (global experience advantageous)
  • In-depth knowledge of the healthcare environment
  • Well-honed client-facing skills
  • Ability to mentor junior staff and delegate accordingly
  • Proactive and solution focused
  • Degree in Life Sciences Preferred
