They oversee the management of property and real estate in Canary Wharf and their purpose is to transform urban spaces into extraordinary environments. As a commercial and residential property company, they have regenerated over 128 acres of once-derelict Docklands district of East London.
Their sites are used by over 120,000 working people daily and offer 18 million sq. ft of office, retail and leisure space as well as 940,000 sq. ft of retail and they have ambitious plans to create a further 500,000 sq. ft of new commercial property in a revolutionary £2.4bn construction programme.
With exciting projects at hand, our client is searching for an experienced Associate Director of Corporate Affairs to create key strategies and systems for interpreting and disseminating key ideas and issues from UK politics to ensure better business decision-making. As an Associate Director of Corporate Affairs, you will report into the Director of Corporate Affairs and identify key policy/political issues and events that will require appropriate strategies and plans for response.
