The Agency of the Future: How the Model is Changing [EVENT]

We are hosting a breakfast briefing in London on Wednesday 14th November to explore how agencies are constantly evolving to meet the demands of clients, changes in the industry, and technological advances. 

Hanson Search CEO Alice Weightman will chair an all-star panel, featuring:

> Giles Fraser, Co-Founder at Brands2Life for almost 19 years offering corporate, business, consumer and social/digital communications services to multiple companies including DellEMC, Intuit, LinkedIn and Nikon

> Avra Lorrimer, Managing Director with over 5 years experience at Hill+Knowlton Strategies, a global public relations consulting company

> Adam Rubins, CEO at Way To Blue, has over 20 years of delivering digital-first strategic communications both agency and client side at an award-winning global integrated communications agency

 

We are seeing some agencies review and completely overhaul their team and department structures, while others are focusing on hiring the best talent and leaving their existing structures in place. For example, Publicis Groupe is focusing on integration while WPP is pushing its “horizontality” model and Omnicom maintains a federated structure.  

We’re bringing together a panel of experts to get to the bottom of how and why agency models are shifting today – and what clients most want from them. We’ll cover the following key questions, and more:  

  • How are the big disruptors affecting agency models?   
  • Why are clients bringing more activity in-house? Should agencies fight or support it?  
  • Clients need agencies that are adaptable, agile and simplified: how can agencies achieve this?  
  • Do agencies really need to change their structure, or can they achieve the same result by focusing on hiring great talent?
