About the Role

As Senior Associate Director, you will lead strategic campaigns across the healthcare sector. You will provide expert advice, strengthen relationships with key stakeholders, and drive new business. In addition, you will guide a talented team, manage client accounts, and ensure excellent service at every stage.

Senior Associate Director / Director Key Responsibilities

• Lead public affairs, health policy, and communications campaigns for top healthcare clients.

Qualifications & Experience

• At least 9 years’ experience in healthcare, public affairs, or communications.

• Strong leadership skills with proven team management experience.

• A successful track record navigating the UK healthcare policy landscape.

• Evidence of driving impactful communications strategies.

• Business development expertise with lasting client relationships.

• Ability to deliver integrated campaigns across media, digital, and advocacy.
