A fast-scaling technology company headquartered in Sweden is looking to appoint a visionary Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) in Sweden to lead all commercial functions and unlock the next phase of global growth. With a cutting-edge platform and a solid customer base across Europe and North America, the business is now focused on expanding into new verticals, refining monetisation strategy, and scaling sales and marketing performance across regions.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and implement the company’s revenue strategy across sales, marketing, partnerships, and customer success
• Build, mentor, and scale high-performing commercial teams
• Drive customer acquisition and retention across enterprise and mid-market segments
• Align go-to-market strategies with product roadmap and market trends · Identify and open new commercial opportunities across international markets
• Collaborate closely with the CEO, CFO,Chief Revenue Officer and Board on growth planning and performance KPIs

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a Chief Revenue Officer, CCO, SVP Sales or equivalent in a B2B technology business.
• Strong understanding of SaaS, recurring revenue models, and data-driven commercial strategy
• Track record of scaling ARR and leading multi-regional sales teams
• Commercial leadership experience in European and/or global markets
• Exceptional strategic thinking, leadership presence, and communication skills
