Associate Director of the Digital and Marketing practice at Hanson Search. With 10 years of combined experience across sales, marketing and recruitment, Mark brings real industry insights into the hiring process and of the skills required to be successful. Passionate about maximising human value and the impact an engaged workforce can have on its customers and workplace culture, Mark made the move into recruitment to seek out the very best talent for the Digital & Marketing space, providing a truly committed and consultative partnership with both candidates and clients. Mark works primarily at the senior end of Consumer Marketing and Digital with a particular interest in transformation and change, covering in-house and agency, from mid-manager roles through to CMO/MD level.

A recent Level 3 graduate of the Wine & Spirits Education Trust, Mark is a keen wine enthusiast in his spare time, running a wine blog and the newly launched Hanson Search Wine Club.
