This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading, London-based Premier League football club as their Head of Strategy and Insights.

The Head of Strategy & Insight is responsible for developing strategy to support fan and revenue growth and the creation of new revenue streams supporting the CEO, Commercial and Marketing Directors. This person is also responsible for all commercial and marketing insight and measurement across the club, creating an insight and data driven organisation.

Key Requirements::

  • Proven experience in delivering insight and strategy across a broad commercial mix
  • Likely to have worked either in a consulting practise, or led an in-house strategy and insight team
  • Experience of managing and bringing together data in an organisation and putting this at the heart of business decisions
  • Solid experience managing multiple analytics and digital projects while also developing and leading team members
  • Demonstrable experience of working with others emphasising collaboration in matrixed organisations. Successfully designing and delivering creative and measurable projects and programmes which bring analytics and operational excellence
