An award-winning medical tech company at the forefront of the healthcare robotics sector is looking for an experienced social media specialist to drive its online presence! The company is characterised by its exceptionally rapid growth and ambition to build a world-class footprint in medical device innovation. It aims to disrupt the way surgery is performed, for the benefit of patients globally.

Key Responsibilities

As a part of the corporate communications team, you will be responsible for:

  • Daily planning and management of global social content and channels, working globally and with in-market teams
  • Developing a social media strategy for the company and tracking performance data to optimize content
  • Understanding the social ecosystem and being proactive in responding, creating content, and driving engagement with target audiences (businesses, surgeons, and hospitals)
  • Advising CMR functions on content development as subject matter expert on social
  • Developing social media policy for the business, and being the brand advocate for social media across the company

Key Requirements

  • Have significant agency or in-house experience in development of social media/ digital strategy (both paid and organic)
  • Have experience working in a highly regulated healthcare industry
  • Have experience of managing external agencies and of enterprise social media management platforms
  • Be proficient in navigating social platforms (e.g. Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube) with understanding of best channels for optimization of target audience reach
  • Have awareness of global social media landscape and latest trends
