The role of an Omni-channel Performance Analyst is a fascinating one within a fast-paced and growing creative data marketing and communication firm, specialising in the pharmaceutical sector. They have over 1300 staff who work with 24 of the 25 top pharmaceutical companies with 18 global offices around the world. Their proprietary, purpose-built social media analytics platform – the only tool of its kind on the market designed entirely for healthcare – allows for the rapid and easy identification of social media and trends among physicians, patient advocates, life science professionals and media.

This role is for a senior manager to lead the channel planning and measurement for clients day-to-day. You will thrive in an environment that demands constant learning and innovation, keeping an eye out for new delivery ideas. As an Omni-channel Performance Analyst you will drive audience-led planning, develop campaign measurement frameworks and manage the EMEA team’s test and learn roadmap for audience segments.

As a Senior Manager you will work with varying different teams including with the paid media team to deliver the highest quality campaigns as well as working alongside the creative, social media, digital media, and tech teams to recommend the most effective media and channels for successful campaigns.

Key Requirements:

  • Proficient in both Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics.
  • Proficient in social tools such as Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Campaign manager, Twitter Ads Manager, Google Campaign Manager, Display and Video 360 and Google Ads.
  • Familiar with content manager systems’ analytics (e.g. Sprinklr, Spreadfast, Hootsuite, etc.).
  • Able to build strong relationships with key technology, data and media vendors.
  • Present complicated data insights & strategic recommendations in an easy-to-understand manner.
  • You will form a strong understanding of clients’ business and challenges to implement data-driven plans for the client.
