We are looking to hire an internal researcher here at Hanson Search for our European team. As a researcher, you will be paired with an experienced consultant and work with them across various functions of the business. This is an entry-level position- a great opportunity for a new graduate.
Your primary role will be to assist your team in finding the best talent in the industry across Europe. You will work on specific projects, including examining the marketplace, identifying suitable candidates, proactively headhunting, monitoring CRM (databases), social media and the press, and other ad hoc projects.
Additionally, you will assist your consultants with client and candidate meetings, gaining first-hand experience in building and developing relationships. You will have plenty of opportunities to join your team at industry events where you can build and develop your own network.
