This is an incredible opportunity to join a leading, award-winning Public Affairs Healthcare Agency as an Account Manager. As specialists in health, they understand the small detail but can see the big picture and how that will result in positive change for their clients.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of client accounts and working with client leads and the senior team to deliver solutions to unique problems. This agency’s commitment to driving change will see the individual take a very hands on approach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Keeping abreast of major policy and political developments through news and political feed monitoring
  • Provide rapid alerts to the internal and client teams about monitoring items of interest, including making recommendations for client activity
  • Directing the junior members of the team on client notifications
  • Helping the business maintain an active social media presence and support the development of marketing events and materials
  • Support the development of materials for new business purposes and participate in new business pitches

Key Requirements:

  • Experience working within the healthcare industry, either through agency or inhouse
  • Knowledge of managing day to day operations of client accounts, including – where appropriate – responding to client requests, delegating tasks and working with the senior team
  • Experience implementing client programmes and knowledge of working under a client team lead and with the support of the wider team
  • The ability to make recommendations to client team leads for programme expansion and enhanced delivery
