Our client is looking for an experienced, dynamic and highly collaborative communications professional with Technology /TMT experience to help lead and grow its developing Technology offering.  

Your success will be measured on the delivery of revenue and profit objectives for 2021 and beyond, the acquisition of new clients and growth of existing ones (across TMT, fintech, payments, SaaS, agtech and biotech clients), gearing the agency up to meet ever-evolving market demands, and the leadership of a high-performing team, currently numbering 40+.

This role requires a strong, strategically minded and progressive leader who excites and inspires the team, clients, potential clients and all external stakeholders.

Key requirements:

  • A highly experienced Corporate Affairs professional with Technology/TMT experience
  • Some agency experience is essential
  • Strong understanding of insight-led, behavioral change comms campaigns
  • A strategic communicator that can take a well performing agency to the next level
  • Ability to execute a vision and strategy for the company both internally and externally
  • Experience of creating, nurturing and managing relationships with multiple, diverse clients
  • Proven experience growing existing business and winning new business
  • Gravitas and charisma – confidence and conviction in presenting ideas and providing smart counsel
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, strong leadership qualities and a team player attitude
  • Operational know-how and an ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Clear understanding of financial metrics and agency management
  • Natural collaborator and leader who inspires great work while leading teams and developing talent
