As the internal communications manager, you'll report into the head of marketing and you will be responsible for driving employee engagement and effectiveness and helping to build the company's culture. You should be an expert at written, spoken and visual communications with a strong vision for using new approaches to communications.

This role will encompass a wide remit across internal communications, employee engagement and change management. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Creating and delivering communications for EMEA business units that help align employees and drive engagement and business results
  • Building relationships with and counselling senior business leaders
  • Evaluating, implementing and growing new digital communication mediums
  • Creating tools and templates that align all communications in voice, tone and brand, and crafting messages that provide context, clarity, and consistency across the business
  • Delivering communications through a variety of channels including email, intranet, articles, blogs, webcasts, events, videos, presentations, etc.

Key Requirements:

  • Extensive experience delivering impactful internal communications in a progressive environment 
  • Proven ability to influence and counsel senior management
  • Strong writing and editing skills 
  • Excellent project management skills 
  • Ability to work in a highly-matrixed, forward-thinking and global environment
  • Enthusiastic and energetic attitude
