Our client, a leading global corporate communications network based in Paris, is looking for a Head of Corporate Affairs to lead their corporate department and strengthen their leadership team. Their approach combines strategy and creativity to protect, strengthen and promote their client’s brands in an environment that has become more complex and unpredictable.

You will be responsible for the direct management of strategic consulting assignments across communication consulting, corporate press relations, sensitive communication & crisis, Public Affairs, and the implementation of international communication campaigns for their clients.

Key responsibilities:

  • Create, nurture and manage relationships with multiple, diverse clients at C-suite level
  • Provide strategic recommendations and control the quality of services provided to local or international clients with regards to the group's quality standards
  • Management and training of your team members in corporate communication, sensitive communication & public affairs, as well as internal relations and relations with clients and service providers
  • Active participation with the business development of the agency through the development of existing clients, identification of business opportunities, participation in prospecting and recommendations
  • Execute a vision and strategy for the agency both internally and externally

Key requirements:

  • Ability to act as a proven counsellor to senior in-house communications teams
  • Strong leadership qualities and a team player attitude
  • Bring an intelligent, humble and collaborative approach to all that you do
  • Clear understanding of financial metrics and agency management
  • Operational know-how and an ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Corporate Affairs agency experience is essential
  • Excellent French and English written and speaking level
