An award-winning, top tier creative communications agency is looking for a creative director to support their entire business across all their specialist areas.
Our client is a collection of 200 communication specialists, blending behavioural science, influencer strategy, creativity, audience insight and industry expertise.
The successful candidate will act as an ambassador for their business and help build their reputation as a creative force.
- Working with practice heads, supporting the new business prospecting process and developing senior-level client contacts
- Proactively shape and lead the creative process for new and existing briefs working teams across the business
- Grow existing clients by developing new and compelling concepts and campaigns that clients want to buy
- Help promote the business and grow the brand by participating in marketing activities
- Have a deep understanding of earned media and content marketing
- An ability to develop creative concepts for content and experiences that will bring campaigns to life
- Have a proven track record of pitching new business and selling creative ideas and campaigns that demonstrate a strategic understanding of a client’s objectives and challenges
- Ability to apply creative solutions to client challenges across the business
