A leading global business that supports over a million organisations in health and security services are looking to hire a Director of Content as part of a new restructure. This is a purpose led organisation that has the safety of human life at its core.

The key focus for this hire is to protect and maintain the companies market position as a global leader. You will play a pivotal role in working with product teams, sales & marketing colleagues and intelligence experts to develop a Group-wide content strategy and production roadmap.

You will be developing a broad range of content material across a number of platforms ranging from digital and online news features, to print and media documentation. You will also advise on the content program and external messaging as well as launch new content channels that will continue to uphold their reputation as global leaders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop editorial plans and deploy multimedia strategies.
  • Working with varies different business teams to develop Group-wide content strategy and production roadmap.
  • Be an advocate for content innovation and ensure the business has the capabilities to deliver new and enhanced content features and services.
  • Enhance and strengthen their online and digital content, publications, editorial strategies, multimedia production, social media presence and other communications content.
  • Extensive experience in management, as you will be leading from the front a team of editors, social media coordinators and designers, global team up of to 100
  • Produce innovative and creative content as well as coordinate the launch of new editorial features.
  • Create and curate content that truly connects with their audience to provide world-class service to the organisation’s client, customers and stakeholders.

Key Requirements:

  • Extensive experience working in complex environments within the B2B space.
  • Strong commercial acumen as well as high levels of EQ
  • Ability to manage, inspire and lead a team globally.
  • Previous experience in roles of increasing responsibility in the field of editorial, content or media.
  • Proven experience of producing inspiring and outstanding content and campaigns for a large/international organisations
