Our client, a global multi-disciplinary financial services business, is looking to bring on a Senior Communications professional into their London Marcomms team at what is a very exciting time for the function.  

In this role you will work closely with the Marketing & Communications global co-heads to further develop and broaden the reach of the function across the different business lines and broader group initiatives. This is an opportunity to get involved across external and internal communications, social media, content generation, though-leadership articles, reports and surveys, senior level advisory and more. 

The business is a global leader it is field and has been for the better part of 50 years and yet continues to drive innovation, most notably through its use of and continuing investment in technology. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the day-to-day direction of marketing and communications campaigns, from idea generation to implementation
• An expectation to input into the annual marcomms strategy as a whole
• Required to pivot between externally focused campaigns as well as internal campaigns and initiatives
• External agency management  

Key Requirements:

• Prior Financial Services Communications experience, across agency and/or in-house, with ideally exposure to the institutional investment space
• A proactive, entrepreneurial, and creative approach to Marketing and Communications, with content at the core
• Specific Internal Communications experience is not essential, but a plus
