You will act as day-to-day lead for a diverse range of accounts and projects – taking on management responsibilities and providing client counsel and crisis and issues management support, whilst overseeing and motivating a team to ensure work is delivered to a first-class standard.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Produce high quality, creative and thoughtful client plans and campaigns
  • Work closely with the team to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of accounts
  • Lead and manage a team and provide direction, motivation and professional development support
  • Form deep client relationships and offer crisis management and senior counsel
  • Manage budgets and keep on track of account administration
  • Get involved in new business proposals and pitch for new work

Key Requirements:

  • Experience in an agency environment
  • Experience in forming strong client relationships
  • An enthusiastic manager with strong organisational skills who enjoys sharing best practice and upskilling junior colleagues
  • A polished presenter with creative ability and a flair for delivering successful new business pitches
  • Experience in issues management and crisis communications
