Are you media savvy with a background in PR and proactive media relations and are looking for a new challenge? If so then this opening may suit you!

The Company:

This exciting opportunity has opened up with a highly respected not for profit organisation based in central London.

One of the organisations primary roles is to provide support and advice on media matters to their members and to proactively expand their presence. They are looking to increase their media profile throughout the country, across a broad range of media outlets, from print to online, in order to reach a broader audience.

The Role:

The role will mainly be focused on broadening awareness of my Client, as well as spreading and developing their public profile. It will offer a degree of autonomy and the ability to tailor and develop media strategies. It requires a proactive approach to media relations, as well as the creativity to expand brilliant and inventive solutions and strategies in order to raise the profile of my client, who is an expert in their industry. They are open to employing someone on a 6 or 12 month contract, or even permanently for the right individual.

You :

You will have 3 or more years experience in the Public Relations industry, either in-house or via an agency.
Your confident and practised communications skills will be combined with excellent oral and written expertise.
You will have a flair for media relations, particularly proactive media relations and as well as being technologically savvy.
You will possess a positive and enquiring mind, alongside being self motivated and enthusiastic and you will be able to work easily within a team, as well as independently.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is enthusiastic, energetic and has PR know-how coupled with excellent proactive media skills.
