An agency based in Milan is looking for a Community Manager to join their teams.

The different tasks will include:

·         Day-to-day management and development of editorial content on social. media platforms, including posts and discussions.

·         Proactively interacting with online communities across all platforms.

·         Using social media monitoring tools to monitor conversations and report on metrics.

You have excellent copywriting skills.

You possess a real interest, practice and understanding of social marketing techniques.
You have a previous experience in community management, ideally for a big brand present in Italy, with a big fans community on Facebook.

You know how to build a long-term relationship with brand fans, and how to manage crisis and critical issues on Facebook.
You are able to work under pressure and on tight deadlines, in a fast-moving environment.

You are committed and enthusiastic.

You are a native Italian speaker and you speak English very well.
