Naturally all the traditional qualitative skill sets will be needed and applicable here – you’ll be nothing short of a Qual expert. Exposure to Quant will be a bonus but isn’t essential.   Additionally the autonomy attached to this position is vast; you’ll be bridging a gap between the Heads of and the rest of the team so the ability to mentor people is essential too.

You’ll be independently running some of the largest accounts of the business as well as working with the team to actively seek new clients. Written skills should be exceptional; proposal writing is a big part of the role. Travel is essential with this position and a huge commitment also. You should expect to travel regularly though not consistently.
