Training & Development
Joining Hanson Search either as a graduate trainee or an experienced hire, you will be given development opportunities from the word 'go'.
As a graduate trainee, you will be placed with one of the established Hanson Search teams where you will initially support one of our trained consultants by actively headhunting and building relationships with candidates. Successful recruits will be promoted to a consultant role and fully trained as industry experts, working in a niche market sector within communications or consultancy.
We will always consider hiring consultants with prior experience – usually our consultants come from a recruitment, sales or industry background. As an experienced hire, you will join a team and have the opportunity to establish your own specialist division, or work on an existing area within communications or consultancy.
We offer in-house and bespoke training, both through the REC and external specialist trainers to help you develop at every stage in your career with us. This may range from taking various courses to gain industry-recognised qualifications with the REC, or receiving training on management skills when you are leading your own team.
